Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation

1. If the buyer cancels all or part of an order at any time the buyer shall forthwith upon demand reimburse us for any costs incurred by or oh behalf of us in dealing with such cancelled order.

2. In addition to and without prejudice to subsection (a) above, in the case of cancellation:

   • notified to us less than seven days before the due delivery date the buyer shall pay us 10% of the value of the cancelled order; and

   • of an order for goods to be made in accordance with the buyer’s designs, patterns or specifications, if such cancellation takes place after all or part of such goods have been made or begun to be made then the buyer shall pay us the full agreed price of all goods made or begun to be made up to the time of cancellation. In such circumstances all fully or partly finished goods will be delivered to the buyer at his request and expense.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

Return Policy

Return duration should be 7 working days after receiving the package

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned manufacturer. Let us know & we’ll help you regarding the same

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person or kindly inform us within 7 working days. Also, please call our customer care or email us at sales@onlineshoppingindia.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;

• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories included with the product at the time of delivery;
